Library Asst Manager Jim Needs Additional Training

I went to the library to check out what kind of services were available to the public. Most of the employees were polite and courteous; especially Isabella and the security guard Victor. Hopefully Jim was under the misconception that We The People need his permission to film in public. Hopefully Jim gets some training on the first amendment, and grasps the idea that he works for us.
