This video was filmed in public. No one appearing in this video has any expectation of privacy. Today I paid a visit to the Delray Beach Public Library to do a first amendment audit and public employee conduct check. I am happy to report that this library passed 100%. Kae Johnsons did an excellent job of answering my questions and explaining many of the programs available to the public.
